I didn’t understand much of the download page, so I assumed the first listed
file was the most up to date on the tdiary download page:

I downloaded tdiary-1.5.1 and installed it but I need some information on
how to configure cgi to invoke Ruby. Is there some information on this
somewhere? The online documentation on how to configure a Ruby handler is
very sketchy.
