Enter 'ruby programming' in Google and one of the ads that comes up on
the right (just below The Ruby Way) is:

  Ruby Jobs
  $40/hour+ Developers Wanted
  work anywhere in USA & Canada
  ArtLogic.com

However, when I went to the ArtLogic.com site and looked under careers
and then chased some other links to desired skills I saw no mention of
Ruby.

It's normal behavior if you want to run an successfull addwords or
addsense compaign. Catch them with all other keywords that make sense.
