I pre-ordered the book early September from Amazon (UK),
and just checked the estimated delivery date.
4th-6th November ..... just hoping that's 2004 !

I live in the Netherlands and pre-ordered the book early September from the Pragmatic Programmers website. They shipped the book last thursday (night, Dutch time) and I got my copy already today (saturday)! I downloaded the digital version just yesterday!
