Wo publishes Pickaxe II?

Might have missed a message, but has it it been mentioned who is going to publish the Pickaxe II book? Is it "self-published" or will it be distributed or is Addison-Wesley going to publish it? (Just trying to gauge how difficult it will be to get the book over here in Germany, preferably through a bookstore.)

The "wo" in the subject line should have been "who". Dang, I should pay attention even after a seventeen hours work day.

I will either order it directly from Dave and Andy or will ask "Lehmann's" http;//www.lob.de. In Hamburg they have the recent books on CVS and unit testing on stock (well, most of the time).

Happy rubying

It's published by The Pragmatic Bookshelf, and will be available both from our website (http://www.pragmaticprogrammer.com/bookshelf/index.html\) and from your normal retail book outlets. In Germany, we have an arrangement with Lehmans, and we also have O'Reilly handling distribution.

In theory, it will be available anywhere you can by an O'Reilly book.

Cheers

Dave

Thank you, this is excellent news. Lehmanns is perfect, that's where I have been getting my books from for years (not a big fan of Amazon), so, there won't be any availability issues.

Looking forward to autumn.
