I would learn japanese but I am already very busy to get a basic of
understanding of Spanish and French and improving my English.

As far as I know, none.
Production level translation cost from Japanese to English is
astonishingly expensive. If we can sell 20,000 copies for sure,
publishers may move. From the sales result of the Pickaxe book and
Ruby in a Nutshell, it won’t be realistic in the near future.

I’m sorry for bring ocaml up again, but this is what happened with the book
I listed recently in the functional programming thread. O’Reilly didn’t want
to translate the book from French to English, but a number of volunteers
translated it into English. It is available in a preliminary version and it
is possible O’Reilly will publish the english version when it is complete -
otherwise it’s still available online. The translation wasn’t done on a
Wiki - volunteers was requested on the mailing list and the task was then
coordinated.
