however it is widely accepted that "Programming Ruby" is an excellent
introduction into Ruby going very far
Programming Ruby: The Pragmatic Programmer's Guide
N.B it is known as the Pick-axe

The standard documentation is always good to be handy for reference

Did you have any problems with it? Ruby is the best language now :wink: unless
you ask on a different mailing list.
No ruby is widely accepted as a very concise and nice language.
