Hello –
I have to arrange event insurance for the conference, and am finding
it massively difficult to do so.
If anyone here knows anything about this, or has connections in the
insurance industry, or works for a company that could put us under
their liability insurance, or whatever, please contact me.
The main catch is that I have to have a policy or binder in hand
absolutely no later than Monday morning, or we have to switch venues.
(I’ve tentatively booked a backup venue in downtown Seattle, and that
tentative booking is only good until Monday.)
