hi!

im searching for ruby hosting. shared hosting would be great, since
i dont wanna spend alot. therefor i would need fastcgi... and eruby..

can anybody recommend some hosting companies which provide
ruby, fastcgi (and allow to restart apps by myself) and eruby?

I'm using linode.com; it costs a little more than web hosting ($20/mo),
but you get root access on your own virtual linux (UML) server and can
install whatever ruby software you need. Other UML solutions include
tummy.com and johncompanies.com.

Not sure about fastcgi, but http://rootr.net is the host I use, and my
site uses eRuby and amrita. I've got nothing but good things to say
about Rootroute. They've always put up with my shenanigans, and will
generally install any Ruby library you ask them to as long as it's not
going to destroy their servers.
