Publications Receptive to Ruby Articles?

I have some ideas for articles about, or using, Ruby, and while I know
of a few mainstream publications that might be interested, I was
wondering what other publications might be worth a shot.

I started a wiki page to keep a list of Ruby-friendly publications; if
anyone knows of others, or can provide more details, please add the info
to the page.

I’m not much in the internals of this, but I remember reading ruby
articles both in IBM’s developerworks and at informit.
