Is there any povray binding for Ruby in existence yet? Googling and RAA

Is it at least available (under a some open license) to tweak, extended, look at, spindle mangle and fold?

do?

i'm thinking of actual rendered scenes and not emit the scene source.
i haven't glanced at flea nor tinkered with the povray sources so i'm
quite sure i'm wrong there somewhere.
