[PATCH] for persistent 'irb' history

Hi, friends!

Here are two small patches for irb scripts context.rd and input-method.rb, apply these if anyone wants to make irb history available persistently.

I submitted such a patch a little while ago, and learned that you can
do this in your .irbrc, and also that history is coming to irb in 1.9.
