A minor bugfix to irb.rb irb 0.9(02/07/03)

Here is minor bugfix patch for irb version 0.9(02/07/03) contained in debian package vesion 1.8.2-5, *fixes missing linefeed* "\n" when exiting by pressing Ctrl-D i.e \C-d (^D).
