necessarily easy to find for the newbie.
I’d be willing to put in the time to help keep such a central resource
maintained.
That would be great. We really need a starting point, otherwise we could go
on talking about it endlessly. Perhaps could draw up a prototype and post it
for comments, and later we could worry about where to host it (or some
eventual variation on it).
