[ANN] Ruby/Qte 0.3

Hi, all.

Ruby/Qte is Ruby bindings for Qt/Embedded and Qtopia library.
This library is ported from Horie’s Ruby/Qt2.

But I only tested on Zaurus SL-A300, SL-C700 and I want report
whether it works on SL-5500, iPAQ, and so.

What’s new:

  • Qtesound is fixed.
  • Qpe::QCopEnvelope class is supported.

with?
