[ANN] Ruby-GNOME2-0.3.0

While that may have been fairly accurate for GTK1.x, GTK2 has much better
Windows support. There is even a nicely packaged Windows installer of the
needed GTK2 runtime files at www.dropline.net. New versions of the runtime
are regularly made available fairly soon after each new release of GTK. I
have used these bindings along with Pygtk (Python’s GTK2 binding) to develop
a few Windows apps that perform MUCH better than earlier Pygtk apps did
under Windows.

GTK is poorly supported under Windows. However, Dia has
managed to implement
a half decent Windows version.

Really! This is great news.
