[ANN] Phoenix Training, LoneStarRuby 2015 and ElixirConf 2015

Greetings friends.

I thought you might be interested in a few upcoming events in Austin, TX.

On August 13-14, there is a Phoenix Training class taught by Chris McCord
at Norris Conference Center in Austin, TX. More information may be found
at

    http://training.phoenixframework.org/

On August 15, also at Norris Conference Center, is LoneStarRuby 2015.
I promise this will be the best way you can spend a Saturday.
10% discount code LI10 is available until tomorrow!

  http://www.LoneStarRuby.org/

On October 1-3, ElixirConf 2015 will be held at Norris Conference Center.
More information may be found at:

  http://ElixirConf.com

Enjoy your summer.

P.S. I was encouraged to announce this information on these lists and some
list members thought it appropriate. If you feel the Phoenix and ElixirConf
announcements are not for this list, please let me know in a private email.
I don't want to be a burden to the list.

Thanks Jim. I think Elixir is of interest to Ruby programmers in general,
so I certainly don't have a problem with posting here.

I'm pondering ElixirConf. Do the training courses assume you're already
somewhat familiar with Elixir? I wouldn't mind a crash course if one was
offered.

Regards,

Dan

Dan,

Buy an ebook and do your own crash course.

And we can discuss occasionally in IRC/Skype/whatever.
