DRbFire doesn’t do anything directly with the command-line parameters
of your script, so I wouldn’t expect this to affect it working or not.No not DRbFire, the client and the server progams in the * sample *
directory that came with the package.
It’s amazing how quickly one forgets one’s own code. I forgot I had
added the command-line parameters in there.
Perhaps you could start by just trying to get the sample client and
server running through your firewall?Yes, that is (was) the idea
At this point I’m guessing the problem is with your home router… once
you know that you can make inbound connections to your home box from
the internet, let me know if you’re still having trouble. I don’t know
if I’ll be able to help, but I’ll sure do my best :-/
