Hi,
I looked for an answer to this problem, but couldn't find one. Running on Windows with 1.8.3, I use the TempFile library to create a temporary file, but I get a permission denied message when I try to do that. It doesn't happen all the time though and it works fine on Linux and Windows.
This also happens running rails on windows occasionally. Anyone know what the problem is and more importantly how to fix it?
