I want to talk to the owner about the continual link spam that's taking
place on the rubygarden.org Wiki. Is there a way to contact them?

PS.: IIRC http://www.rubygarden.org/ showed recent changes in the wiki (or is it of the wiki) more or less directly, but it doesn't do that now. Is it still OK?
