Where to download ruby latest stable snapshot

the new ruby-lang site is cool. thanks and congratulations to JLong et al.
have small problem though. i cannot find the latest stable snapshot. so i have to refer back to the old site here http://www2.ruby-lang.org/en/20020102.html
