Where is the reference document for ruby?

Hi,

I was reading topics under
http://ruby.activeventure.com/programmingruby/book/win32.html

I kept seeing the words "document begining on page XXX". For example, in
above link, "The Win32API module is documented beginning on page 508"

Where is this document?

The "reference manual" on root link http://ruby.activeventure.com/ seems
not working.
