What is the typical latency on this list?

Actually, I'm noticing latency today. My messages seem to be taking
about 30 minutes to make it to the list today. :frowning:

I have always found this list to be the fastest of all I am subscribed to. It
takes only 15-30 seconds typically, whereas gentoo-user takes an average of 5
minutes or so.
