Visual Ruby : IDE with Glade for rapid app development

I wonder why Visual Ruby is not more widely used. On github there are
only 3 Visual Ruby projects, one of which seemingly is broken.

VR is really awesome and one can use latest Glade (3.20) for GUI design,
then downversion the XML-file with Glade 3.8.

It is real fun! Sure much better RAD than with RubyMine, don't you think?

vr rocks!

Thanks for sharing.
I was not "that" aware of Visual Ruby.
Last time I have tried to do something "visual" (and cross-platform)
in Ruby was a pain!
Next time I'll give a try in Visual Ruby.

vr is an excellent starting point for newbies to Ruby.

V.R. brings back the good old days of Delphi 2.0, but now 100% open
source & free !

(minus a few features for the time being... )

What's the V.R. ?

just noticed there is a suspicious link at the end of the 'Class and Module
Index' section
Could mean the site is compromised, or the source as the site appears to be
generated via RDoc
