Unsubscribe

Why do people keep telling me to unsubscribe? I'm not _that_ toxic to
the community, am I?

But I jest. Instructions for interacting with the list manager are
included in your original sign-up confirmation message (if you got one),
and on the website
<http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/community/mailing-lists/>, but if you can't
find those, the raw email headers include the following
tidbits:

X-ML-Info: If you have a question, send e-mail with the body
 "help" (without quotes) to the address ruby-talk-ctl@ruby-lang.org;
 help=<mailto:ruby-talk-ctl@ruby-lang.org?body=help>
List-Post: <mailto:ruby-talk@ruby-lang.org>
List-Help: <mailto:ruby-talk-ctl@ruby-lang.org?body=help>
List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:ruby-talk-ctl@ruby-lang.org?body=unsubscribe>

(In gmail you can see the headers by opening a list message, clicking
the down-arrow beside the Reply button, and choosing "Show original")
