I've tried resubscribing but I keep being redirected to this unsubscribe
thread. I mean, I could learn to use my Gmail and create a filter, all of
my mental blocks have used up thinking about procs and lambdas. The world
is an unkind harsh place.

Eric,

Now you are giving advice. You write the word "unsubscribe" like it is
something I can easily search in my gmail box. Or know from general
experience.

So insulting! I demand that you personally delete the messages I don't want
to read. Can you please read all my email so I don't have to think about it.

:slight_smile:

The List-Unsubscribe header is in every message:

List-Unsubscribe: <
http://lists.ruby-lang.org/cgi-bin/mailman/options/ruby-talk>,
<mailto:ruby-talk-request@ruby-lang.org?subject=unsubscribe>

In other words, send a message to: ruby-talk-request@ruby-lang.org
with the Subject line as "unsubscribe" (no quotes, nothing else).

Note the "-request" at the end of the message.

This goes for any list running GNU Mailman software.
