Anyone know where I can get a copy of sysvipc? It’s listed in RAA but the
site http://deisui.bug.org/~ueno/ruby/sysvipc.html doesn’t exist.

Google is your friend. Go to http://www.google.com/
and search for “sysvipc ruby” (without the quotes)
The 6th hit is a link to a FreePAN page, which has a local copy of
sysvipc-0.3.tar.gz which you can download
The 1st hit is deisui.bug.org/~ueno/ruby/sysvipc.html, which as you say does
not exist, but Google has a cached copy you can read. This says that 0.3 is
the latest version.
