Solving FizzBuzz in a new way

recently I learned some Haskell and started to apply some of the concepts to ruby.

Oh I am deeply sorry, I had to change the URL because I forgot to add the right Date to the blog Post, the Text of the link is the correct url, yet it still points to the old Post url, I guess my Mail Problem had some troubles with the links, sorry for the inconvenience.
