I’m trying to reach Ryuichi Tamura, creator of RubyMagick. I emailed him
at his listed address, tam AT kais.kyoto-u.ac.jp, but did not get a
response.

I have a friend who can translate Japanese to English, so I can handle
a response in Japanese.

He may notice if you’re lucky, or someone might help you
finding him.
