RubyForge CVS viewing server down?

I can get to the main RubyForge web site, but I'm no longer able to browse to the CVS repository on my project! The URL is

http://rubyforge.org/viewvc/Rameau/Rameau.pdf?revision=1.1&root=cougar

And it delivers the infamous 404 -- page not found.

What's up? Er ... down?
