RubyConf registration is closed - can we still register?

Just went to register for RubyConf and found that that the on-line
registration is closed. Is the conference full, or do we now just have to
register on-site?

There’s no on-site registration. I’ll contact you separately about
late registration (just wanted to clarify the on-site point publicly
