Ruby web resources not working?

Hello all,

I've just wandered back to Ruby after a period of absence. But some of the
resources I used to rely on seem to be gone or broken:

http://wiki.rubygarden.org/ or
http://rubygarden.org/wiki
-- no response

http://raa.ruby-lang.org/
-- click on any link and you get
Internal Server Error
druby://localhost:7172 - #<Errno::ECONNREFUSED: Connection refused - connect(2)>

Have these things moved or been superceded? Or have I just been unlucky at
the time I tried them?

The wiki problems are being addressed. I'm not sure what's wrong at
RAA.
