[ruby-talk:444786] Fwd: rev-parse command not found

Hi,

Good day everybody. What runs after running make ? Because i got a command
not found for rev-parse.

git is avaliable on the system path. i also try aliasing rev-parse with
"git rev-parse" but i also got the same error.

make -j 8
/bin/sh: 1: rev-parse: not found sed -f ./tool/prereq.status
./common.mk ./prism/srcs.mk ./depend > uncommon.mk

my git is at version git version 2.53.0

i am try with ruby master 9aca729140424bbf465c11ab8ab53e5cc6602c01
and 166f4341092f7d980178c483daf193bfdf79037d.
