Ruby from C and C++

I’ve filled out the first two sections of my RubyFromOtherLanguages wiki
page. They’re at
http://www.rubygarden.org/ruby?RubyFromC and
http://www.rubygarden.org/ruby?RubyFromCpp

Suggestions and comments appreciated.

I like it! It’s late and I haven’t read them right through but I’m impressed.
It shouldn’t be too hard to fill in the rest of RubyFromOtherLanguages, and
what a nice resource that will be.

Thanks :slight_smile: I’m hoping people wll fill out a few more OtherLanguages too -
I just did the obvious ones.

Speaking of which, one of my backburnered projects is to port as much of
the Haskell prelude as I can to Ruby - has anyone done anything along
those lines already.

Well, I’ve stepped out on a limb and started the RubyFromPython page…

I’ve seen no mention of such on the list in the last few months. Give it a go!
I’ve been wanting to play with Haskell - it’s the Pragmatic Programmers’
Language of the Year - for some time, but … haven’t really (the unintuitive
hugs for Win32 didn’t help).

So I’d be interested in what ever it is you have in mind.
