Rjb install error

I want to install rjb on Linux (ubuntu) and I get this message:

$ sudo JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk gem install rjb
Building native extensions. This could take a while...
ERROR: Error installing rjb:
  ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.

/usr/bin/ruby1.8 extconf.rb
*** extconf.rb failed ***
Could not create Makefile due to some reason, probably lack of
necessary libraries and/or headers. Check the mkmf.log file for more
details. You may need configuration options.

Provided configuration options:
  --with-opt-dir
  --without-opt-dir
  --with-opt-include
  --without-opt-include=${opt-dir}/include
  --with-opt-lib
  --without-opt-lib=${opt-dir}/lib
  --with-make-prog
  --without-make-prog
  --srcdir=.
  --curdir
  --ruby=/usr/bin/ruby1.8
extconf.rb:45:in `open': No such file or directory -
/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk/include (Errno::ENOENT)
  from extconf.rb:45

Gem files will remain installed in /var/lib/gems/1.8/gems/rjb-1.3.4 for
inspection.
Results logged to /var/lib/gems/1.8/gems/rjb-1.3.4/ext/gem_make.out

Can anyone help me?

This kind of error almost always means you are missing some development files. Try

   sudo aptitude install java-1.6.0-openjdk-devel
