I told Robert O that I didn’t know where to find kconv, but it is in the
1.8 folder:
/usr/local/lib/ruby/1.8/kconv.rb
I don’t understand why locale.rb could not find it, as
/usr/local/lib/ruby/1.8/ is in $PATH.
