Renewal Ruby/Tk

Hi,

I committed new Ruby/Tk libraries to CVS HEAD and ruby_1_8 branch.
There are many changes. But, I think, it keeps backward compatibility.

  • performance up
  • support Tk8.4.6 and Tk8.5a1 (or older)
  • add new samples
  • fix reported bugs

Please try it.
