RAA Appears to be down

I was trying to do a search and the RAA WEBrick server seems to be down.

Can anyone else confirm?

Sorry for late reply. A lot happened but now it works (I hope).

Developers who runs webrick based httpd for public use under ruby-1.9
(or 1.8 + oniguruma as regex engine) should consider to apply the patch
at http://blade.nagaokaut.ac.jp/cgi-bin/scat.rb/ruby/ruby-dev/26844

# a possibility of DoS.
