I wrote a simple FCGI script and from time to time (about once a week)
it stops responding and in the log I find:
[Wed Jun 11 14:01:56 2003] [error] [client 4.72.72.80] FastCGI: comm
with (dynamic) server “/var/www/fcgi/PrinterFriendly.fcgi” aborted:
(first read) idle timeout (30 sec)
There is no sign of PrinterFriendly.fcgi process running and only thing
that helps is Apache restart.
I use ruby-fcgi-0.8.3 and Apache 1.3.27.
Any ideas how to deal with this error?
