Possible Ruby Bug?

You'll have to build from source using a C compiler, unless Heesob or
some
other kind soul is willing to build it for you and send you the .so
file.

How do I get the updated .so file? I got the cvs taskscheduler.c,
taskscheduler.h and taskscheduler.rb but I don't understand
how to build
a .so file.
