That means your IP address is in the mail-abuse DUL (list of Dial-up
Netblocks). Many ISPs refuse to receive mail directly from dial-up IPs, as
it's usually spammers. Well-behaved people send their mail via their ISP's
smtp relay (smarthost).
So, the solution is for you to reconfigure your MTA to send via your ISP's
smarthost, not directly following MX records.
May be they dont like my firewall and security settings ?
I tried to surf to the given URLS, but both time they said, that the
given IP address is *NOT* on the RBL....

exactly what the issue is, and /18 means "all IP addresses which share the
first 18 bits as this one", i.e.
62.134.64.0/18 = 62.134.64.0.0 to 62.134.127.255 inclusive, which includes
your IP address.
