Openssl in ruby 1.8.2

Hi!

I can't find openssl library in ruby 1.8.2 distribution.
Also on the home page of openssl [http://www.nongnu.org/rubypki/]
the download link is broken [http://freesoftware.fsf.org/download/rubypki/]

So the question is where can I get this library?

Just check http://www.openssl.org if you are looking for sources...
