Hello!

Thanks for this interesting article!
Reading this approves (to me) that you're wrong with your assumption, maybe
I'm a puzzler. Yes, surely!
Googleing ruby sin drg, etc (many tries, which I did BEFORE asking here)
showed ONLY the math Module as useful link. There I can't see any
conversation functions ("There a formulas which can do that", what I stated
in my question), but I'd assume there are Ruby methods for that!
So pls tell me, whats the Modul/name of that method?
"sin: Computes the sine of x (expressed in radians)." [and nothing more]

As with factoring:
That IS a big item, perhaps you're used to see more concrete questions.
My question (is this commonly used with Ruby?) seems suitable, because I
want to see if its worth to look in it in more detail (like: "you cant do
without arrays")
So in my view also that question has its permission.

In almost all cases these threads especially because of the answers of e.g.
Matthew or Robert and many others (sorry for not having the names in my
head!) enrich this mailing list with very interesting (perhaps new for
others too!) contents.
I remember some subject with "is this mailing list becoming dead?"
- So I have to say, I'm not writing here, to raise the activity, or I
didn't know what to do - just opposite!)
I just want to learn Ruby (and its not a short way, looks like never-ending
;); I want to learn interesting things, surprising possibilities and
nice-to-know items;
and I also want to have fun!
So in my opinion it's not bad, if not only exact and concrete questions are
specifically answered!
