Here is what I tried:
Downloaded sqlite3.dll and placed in c:\windows\system32 (I also tried
it in c:\ruby\bin).
C:\>"c:\ruby\bin\ruby.exe" "c:\ruby\bin\gem" install -r sqlite3-ruby

It doesn't seem to want to load.
I can get it to work through the ODBC driver, but it doesn't seem like
the best way to use sqlite3.
