It is included in the source files and is built automatically when you compile Ruby.

Hi...thanks for the information. If miniruby is included in the source
files, how come I can not find it when I run the make command. It
failed with "./miniruby not found" error message. Can you tell me if
something is missing? Thanks.

Perhaps you could include the entire output from running make? My guess would be that miniruby is not being built for some reason.
