It looks as though my ISP's DNS is resolving the name incorrectly as I
can get through when going through another ISP. I've got the IP address
now (66.92.150.242) and will try again this evening
Something very wierd going on. I can tell that 66.92.150.242 is
somewhere on the east coast of the USA. However when trying to get to
rubyforge.org (which the DNS gets the right IP address for) I end up at
somewhere apparently owned by streamlineline.net saying "THIS WEBSPACE
HAS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO NON PAYMENT!" - this looks like a UK, not US
company. Looks as though an ARP cache is screwed up somewhere.
Does anyone know of an alternative location for the single Windows
download?
Assuming you trust me not to have trojaned the installer, I've
mirrored it here for you:
http://supremetyrant.com/misc/rails/ruby182-15.exe
--Wilson.
