Hello, I'm trying to install ruby, and install rails too, on my Win7,
but I have a problem...
I got to install them, but when I go to the prompt, and I write ruby -v,
shows ACCESS IS DENIED... the only way to me see the version is get in
on the ruby folder, and bin folder, then I have the version, and when I
try to create a new project from rails, he only creates on bin folder,
and the server not iniciate.

1) Did you use RubyInstaller or RailsInstaller?
2) Did you installed exactly with the defaults?
3) Your account is administrator or not?
4) To which database are you trying to connect?
5) Can you provide the *exact* output of the console and not a
transcription?
