It seems to be a .pdf.
I don't want to download a .pdf file.
Can you make it not like a blog entry or a wiki entry instead? Viewable
in a browser... (I use old firefox version and won't update for a long
time.)

I am really lazy. If you want you can get the source of the book here
Its a odt file, and possibly you can extract it into HTML or something
using a plugin or some stuff.
But since you have asked, I have extracted to html you can getit here
(in zipped format)
Personally I don't like to publish it many formats as maintaining it
is pain. I type stuff into open office document and in one click I
can get a pdf. Thats what I like.

wow, none none, your passive aggressive troll may be optimally parsed with
a token filter branched concurrently from a recursive tree assignment
providing disingenuous output streams to be fed back into an inverse wisdom
machine state automata. I thought it was a nice write up for beginners. Can
always use freedom to share information documents. So many shills nowadays
where a blog post is simply just a lead into a shill for a "do you want to
know more buy my" ebook.
