How to run redmine under ruby 1.9.2?

ruby 1.9.2

I use ruby 1.9.2 for some new applications and i found that redmine can't be
run under it.
how to solve this?
or how to install both 1.9.2 and 1.8.7 and both work correctly?

You can install and use both at the same time using rvm
(http://rvm.beginrescueend.com/rvm/install/)
