How to run a standlone Ruby application in Windows XP

I made a Ruby application and I will run it as as a standalone application under Windows XP.

Can anyone explain how to do rhat?

Does this project "ruby2exe" really exist? I see a lot of people
mentioning "ruby2exe", but I've never found it...

However, I do know about RubyScript2Exe, which might be the thing the
OP is looking for...
