How can i make bigger font with ruby puts for gnome-terminal or other
terminal on linux?

We can make bigger font from gnome-terminal>Edit>Preferences>Colors

How can i do the same thing using ruby?

You can't. Not from Ruby, nor any other programming language, since terminals don't support it. Some terminals support switching between alternative fonts using <ESC>( and <ESC>), but it most cases it just toggles bold or italics variants of the standard font.
